1.3. Using the MobileAdvocate mobile application , as well as the services provided by the Contractor , the User agrees with these Rules . If the User refuses to comply with these Rules , he is obliged to stop using the MobileAdvocate mobile application.

1.5. The Contractor processes personal data of users solely within the framework of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and the Convention for the Protection of Persons in connection with automated processing of personal data . This privacy policy has been developed in accordance with the provisions of these documents.
INFORMATION COLLECTED , RECEIVED AND PLACED BY THE CONTRACTOR 2.1. In order to ensure Users' access to the MobileAdvocate Mobile Application service, proper use of its functionality , the Contractor receives the following information from Users:
2.1.1 Mandatory information required when registering for the services of the Mobile Application , such as : first and last name , email address , date of birth , gender , mobile phone number and password . The Contractor will not be able to provide services using the Mobile Application if the User does not provide such information , and as a result , the User will not be able to create a user account in the MobileAdvocate mobile application . 2.1.7 Users' responses to any surveys or questionnaires of the type : feedback on the services of the Mobile Application ; reviews about other Users ; feedback on the execution of transactions concluded with other users , etc. d . 2.1.8 records of any correspondence with the Contractor;

2.2. All information is collected "as is" and is not changed by the Contractor in the process of data collection.
2.3. By registering in the Mobile Application or logging in to the Mobile Application using social network authentication services , the User grants the Contractor consent to the collection and processing of information available from the relevant profiles in social networks , as well as to the publication in the relevant social networks of information about the User's actions in the Mobile . applications.
2.4. When Users contact the Mobile Application Maintenance Department , the Contractor may collect personal information necessary to fulfill the User's request and receive feedback . The Contractor may also contact the User using the account 's existing contact information provided for this purpose.
2.5. By using the services and tools of the MobileAdvocate Mobile App. The user gives his consent to the Contractor for the processing of his personal data , such as username ; region of residence , e - mail address , contact phone number , other contact information , at the request of the user ; ip - addresses , other communication data of users ; messages , letters , statements transmitted to the user by other users and vice versa , and also gives his consent to the transfer of his personal data to third parties.
2.6. Detailed conditions for obtaining , storing , processing , using and disclosing Users' personal data are described in Section 5 "Personal Data" of the User Agreement by the MobileAdvocate Mobile Application.
USE OF THE INFORMATION OBTAINED
3.1. Information collected from Users is used for the purpose of:
3.1.1 fulfillment of obligations arising from the User Agreement of the Mobile Application , as well as for the purpose of providing Users with information and services for which they applied to the Contractor;
3.1.2 sending Users information related to the use of the MobileAdvocate Mobile Application;
3.1.3 ensuring personalization of the User's account;
3.1.4 receiving payments from the User and / or transferring payments in favor of the Users;
3.1.5 ensuring communication and interaction between users;
3.1.6 sending promotional materials and information to Users to facilitate the provision of services and to offer and recommend to Users goods and services related to the services provided by the Contractor and may be of interest to users of the Mobile Application;
3.1.7 informing Users about changes in the MobileAdvocate Mobile Application service;
3.1.8 administration of the Mobile Application and for internal activities , including for identifying and eliminating deficiencies , data analysis , testing , as well as for research with analytical purposes and for conducting a survey;
3.1.9 ensuring compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine , the provisions of the User Agreement and this Privacy Policy . Some violations , which the Contractor considers unacceptable , may lead to the temporary termination of the User's access to the account , as established by the User Agreement.
3.2. As part of the activity of the HELP&JOB mobile application , the Contractor has the right to post information about the User , including personal and contact information , necessary for concluding agreements between Users , for sending messages and communicating between users , making payments , etc. d.
3.3. Users are responsible for all information posted by them in the Mobile Application . The user must carefully understand all the risks associated with the fact that he makes public the address or information of a personal nature.
3.4. The Contractor retains the User 's personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected , including to comply with any legal , accounting or reporting requirements.
3.5. To determine the appropriate storage period, the Contractor takes into account the volume , nature of personal data , the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of personal data , the purpose for which the Contractor processes personal data , and whether the Contractor can achieve these goals by other means and relevant legal . requirements.
TERMS OF PROVIDING ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA OF USERS
4.1. Disclosure of personal data without the consent of the User or a person authorized by him is allowed in cases specified by law , and only in the interests of national security , economic well-being and human rights , in particular , but not limited to reasonable requests from state bodies that have the right to submit applications and receive such data.
4.2. The Contractor may provide personal data of users at the request of the competent authorities , issued in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation , including in accordance with Art . 93 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine
4.3. According to the Privacy Policy , the Contractor undertakes not to lease or sell any of the User's personal data . If the Contractor 's business or part of that business is sold or reorganized and the Contractor transfers all or part of its assets to the new owner , then Users ' personal data may be transferred to the buyer to ensure the continuity of service of the Mobile Application.
4.4. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
6.1. The Contractor has the right to update this Privacy Policy . The new version of the Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted in the Mobile Application.
6.2. Users undertake to periodically review these terms in order to be notified of how the Contractor protects information about Users in the Mobile Application.
6.3. If the Contractor has made any changes to the Privacy Policy with which the User does not agree , he is obliged to stop using the services of the MobileAdvocate Mobile Application.
6.4. The fact of continuing to use the Mobile application is a confirmation of consent and acceptance by the User of the version of the Privacy Policy.
6.5. The Contractor shall not be liable for damages or losses incurred by the User or third parties as a result of an erroneous understanding or misunderstanding of the terms of this Privacy Policy , instructions or instructions on the procedure for using the Mobile Application , on the procedure for placing data and other technical issues.
OTHER CONDITIONS
7.1.
